FLOW ("the Application") is an internal business tool developed and operated by Malmo Ltd ("we", "us"). It connects to QuickBooks Online to help our company and our appointed accountant review, categorise and reconcile our own financial transactions. The Application is not offered for sale or general public use.
Use of the Application is limited to employees, officers and professional advisers of Malmo Ltd who have been expressly authorised by us. No other person is granted any right to use the Application. All intellectual property in the Application remains with Malmo Ltd.
The Application connects to QuickBooks Online through Intuit's official API using OAuth 2.0 authorisation. It accesses only the QuickBooks company files that an authorised user explicitly connects. Use of QuickBooks itself remains subject to Intuit's own terms of service.
The Application is provided "as is" for internal use. While we work to keep it accurate and available, we make no warranties of any kind. Accounting decisions remain the responsibility of Malmo Ltd and its professional advisers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Malmo Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Application. Nothing in this agreement limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales.
We may suspend or withdraw access to the Application at any time. Upon termination of authorisation, a user's right to access the Application ceases immediately.
This agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales.
